Genuinely amazing. Blue Elephant at Hilton truly exceeded my standards. The other restaurants I have ate at in Malta are absolutely nothing like this.

The food is delectable. I don’t even like Spring Rolls but the starters they served helped me change my mind, the dim sum was so fresh, the peanut sauce they served with the Satay Chicken was an excellent pairing, despite me not even liking peanut sauce. All the food is absolutely delicious, these are just the particular dishes I remember.

The service was great, our server was a very kind lady who was very sweet & polite to us, and I truly couldn’t thank her enough for helping make the experience greater! She even told us that we could feed the fish by asking at the desk near the beginning of the entrance.

The atmosphere elevates the experience even more, with the indoor pond with the fish swimming around.

Truly a wonderful experience. Thank you Blue Elephant.

Situated within the confines of the Hilton Hotel, Malta and easily accessible via the Marina a truly stunning traditionally designed and decorated Thai restaurant that serves simply exceptional and authentic Thai cuisine.
Booking is a must. You will not get a walk in table.
The decor is truly jaw dropping with a pond and mini fountain that is resident to stunning live Koi and Carp!
The service is amazing and all the staff are eager to please to make the experience more memorable.
The food was one of the best Thai food experiences that I have had. Each and every one of are chosen dishes cooked to perfection and brimming with fresh flavour and spices, beautifully prepared and presented to the table.
A seriously mouthwatering experience no question.
Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our time here, the food was nice but the service made it feel extra special! I forgot to ask in the booking notes if we could sit near the pond but I asked a couple times during the evening and we were able to sit watching the fishes over dessert so a big thank you to the waiter because the interior and exterior definitely add to the whole experience. We ordered the satay chicken skewers, chicken wings, massaman lamb curry with rice, pad thai (which was only 11 euros!) then the mango cheesecake and an ice cream cocktail. I would say however the massaman tasted more like butter chicken than massaman whoops but it was still nice. Overall it was a lovely dinner and really felt like a date night thank you Blue Elephant!

A Wonderful Thai Experience with Excellent Vegetarian/Vegan Options!

As someone who follows a vegan/vegetarian diet, I’m always a little cautious when dining out — but Blue Elephant made me feel completely at ease.

The restaurant has a beautifully designed interior with a warm, atmospheric ambiance that instantly sets the mood for a special evening. The staff were attentive and welcoming from the moment we arrived.

full of authentic Thai flavours — aromatic, well-spiced, and thoughtfully prepared. It was clear that the kitchen doesn’t treat vegetarian food as an afterthought, but as a proper culinary experience in its own right.

Overall, Blue Elephant is a must-visit in Malta, whether you’re a meat-eater or plant-based. A fantastic dining experience that I would happily recommend to anyone looking for quality Thai cuisine in St. Julian’s.

Spectacular location waterside at Portomaso Marina. Very beautiful restaurant inside and lovely outside as well. Service is so friendly and warm. Drinks are very good but the star is the food. Every bite is considered, packed with amazing, deep flavors. Some of the best Thai food I've had anywhere.
