Noni restaurant

This is truly a Michelin star restaurant from beginning to end it was a 7 out of 5. Every dish was choreographed... beautiful presentation from the limogue China to the door to the bathroom. We had the chefs tasting menu, 9 courses. The portions were small enough that you can enjoy every single course and not feel that you were trying to stuff the food into you. The flavors and the textures blended. One of the best things is the olive on the wooden spoon that comes as the amuse-bouche, it was a surprise and I won't spoil it for you. I would highly recommend if you want to have a beautiful dining experience in Malta

Fabulous from start to finish—an unexpected treat. We enjoyed the smaller menu format (there are two menus offered, with the option to add a few supplements), and everything—and I mean everything—was perfectly executed.

Each course felt thoughtful, refined, and beautifully prepared. The staff could not have been nicer—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling overly formal.

The setting is beautiful and intimate, creating a special dining experience that feels both elegant and comfortable. Absolutely worth the price.

An absolutely fantastic experience at Noni.
The whole team was incredible and made the evening truly memorable. Huge thanks to Ritiene, Igor, Ivana, Sasa, Rosa who made sure everything ran perfectly and smoothly. Ivana gave amazing explanations of every dish, which made the whole tasting experience even more special. Rosa, the cocktail master, prepared fantastic drinks, and Igor was a superb sommelier and an outstanding host throughout the night.
Everything felt very warm, professional, and genuinely friendly.
Special thanks also to Ritiene for making this whole experience happen we truly appreciate it. 💖
The food pairing was exceptional. Every dish had a very interesting and almost “tricky” flavor combination that really played with the brain and senses in the best possible way. It was one of those tastings that keeps surprising you with every bite.
The Ta’ Betta wine paired beautifully with the menu as well, a perfect match.

Dining at Noni in Valletta was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable warm, attentive, and incredibly professional without ever feeling intrusive.
Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. You can really feel the creativity and care that goes into each plate. The food was simply amazing, with perfect balance, high-quality ingredients, and thoughtful combinations that made every course exciting.
The entire evening felt special from start to finish. Everything from the atmosphere to the service and, of course, the food was flawless. A truly memorable experience that we would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful evening at Noni. It’s a small, beautiful restaurant with a very warm atmosphere and an amazing tasting menu.

We chose the short tasting menu, and every course was delicious. The highlight for us was the main fish course — perfectly cooked, with incredibly thin, crispy skin. Absolutely outstanding.

The service was attentive and friendly without being intrusive. At €125, the menu offers excellent value for money, especially for foodies who appreciate fine dining but don’t want to spend an excessive amount.

Highly recommended — we would definitely come back.
