MUŻA Restaurant

I came across this place because I am a big art person and was excited to see a restaurant attached to the gallery. The atmosphere was divine. We sat in the La Valletta room, which was perfect for my mom and I.

We ordered Cassatta as a snack for the table, which was delicious (you get 2 pieces). As mains, we ordered lobster ravioli and the chicken fish. Both were outstanding. I can’t recommend this place enough.

After exploring the museum, we decided to stop by its restaurant for desserts and signature cocktails, and it was a lovely way to end our visit. The cocktails were creative, unique, and very tasty, offering some interesting flavor combinations. We also tried the lemon tart and tiramisu. Both desserts were enjoyable and nicely prepared, making for a pleasant sweet treat after the museum visit. Overall, it's a great spot to relax, have a drink, and enjoy a dessert in a beautiful setting.

This was a really mediocre experience. The food is average at best. It looks fine but the taste is nothing to write home about. For example the yogurt with the chicken tasted like supermarket tzatziki. And the prices are very exaggerated, you’re paying for the location, not the food. The service is great, fast and attentive. The atmosphere of the place is the real deal, beautiful location, outdoor space and located in the building of the museum. I don’t recommend coming here for launch or dinner. Come to take a coffee or cocktail and enjoy the surroundings and eat a meal somewhere else.

WOW! What a hidden gem. Feels like a secret but definitely shouldn't be. Lovely atmosphere inside and out in the courtyard. An excellent wine selection; Blanc de Cheval, a Gozitan Chardonnay, was to die for.

The food was top notch. Fine dining quality with greasy spoon size portions. I was tempted to sneak the Mole sauce out in a water bottle to try recreate at home.

Jamal is attentive, funny, and gracious. Put us at ease immediately and was a delight to be served by. The same with his colleague, Dika. Hold onto them!

Overall, a fantastic surprise for our last dinner in Malta.

Delicious food, very nice, attentive and polite staff, and delicious food thats with a twist ! Atmosphere is very peaceful and pretty, giving a sortof posh warm light vibe inside and a nice, airy summers day vibe outside in the courtyard.

You should definitely try it out!
We had the set menu 46eu for a 3 course meal and it was very worth it. Imqaret dessert was absolutely delicious with the imqaret still being warm, fresh out the oven!!
