Amazing food, we had the fish crudo which was fresh and tasty, pork fillet which I highly recommend and peach tart.
The staff were very welcoming and made a great atmosphere, would come back again!

I dined here a week ago with friends and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Our waitress (whose name I’m sorry to say I’ve forgotten) was exceptional. She explained each dish thoroughly, was professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived.

What really stood out was how much she seemed to love what she did. She managed to work incredibly hard while making it all look effortless, and still took the time to connect warmly with us throughout the evening. She truly elevated the entire experience, and her service was every bit as memorable as the food.

Absolutely amazing food – every dish was bursting with flavour and exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredible, and a special thanks to Maria, who really pulled strings and went above and beyond to make our evening so memorable. What a fantastic team – we can’t wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed the 7 course tasting menu with wine pairing expertly selected by Sommelier Lewis. The food was top notch with the pre-dinner snacks like little pieces of heaven. Service was friendly attentive and not to overbearing. Would recommend to anyone coming to Valetta who loves great local food & wine.

Having been to multiple Michelin Star restaurants before, this one met my expectation. The view was incredible. Food was very tasty and pushed me to try and love foods I haven't liked before (olives). They were very accommodating of gluten free and I had no reactions (intolerant not celiac). Only comment is that service was a bit inconsistent. Meal summary cards were often late, wine came much earlier than the meal (even wines not needing to breathe first), and the tea pairings got bitter due to the wait. The pork, risotto, and dessert were my favorites! Would definitely come again.
