Risette

Risette is a great place in Malta to try unique and creative dishes. The atmosphere is elegant yet comfortable, and the food stands out with interesting flavour combinations and beautiful presentation. I’m a big fan of the elegant plates and overall attention to detail.

Highly recommended if you’re in Malta and looking for something different, refined, and unique.

We decided to give this restaurant a try to celebrate our anniversary, and it certainly did not disappoint. The food was exquisite, rich in flavour and full of finesse, while the service was attentive throughout. A truly memorable dining experience.

I have visited a few Michelin star restaurants in Malta, however after making my return to Risette i can say that none beat Risette in my opinion. Impeccable food, superb service and friendly & professional staff. I will definitely return very soon.

This is a really great restaurant. The service is extremely good – genuinely warm and welcoming staff who know every detail about the food they are serving. They have really excellent food, beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. And a very good wine-list which their knowledgeable sommelier can help with to match with your food. I attended a food-pairing event last week with wines from the famous Aldo Conterno winery and it was absolutely spot-on! A wonderfully enjoyable evening 👏
