Fantastic wine selections, great fish soup, rabbit stew, and we had also great ice-cream dessert. Always well visited, nice local cuisine.

Excellent food, you can tell someone in the kitchen knows how to both source good ingredients and cares about putting them together. Healthy mix of locals/regulars and tourists, good wine list, decent whisky selection and friendly service. We went back a 2nd time and would return again if/when in Valetta.

Aaron’s Kitchen was one of the highlights of our trip! We tried the traditional Maltese soft drink, a delicious risotto, pasta, and the classic rabbit stew—tender, flavorful, and a must-try if you want to experience local cuisine. The mussels were incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection, so don’t miss ordering them! The service was warm and attentive, and the cozy atmosphere made for a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Valletta!

The starter bread, paired with its accompanying spread, was absolutely delightful — especially when enjoyed on the perfectly toasted, crispy slices.

We ordered two main courses, Swordfish Ravioli and Risotto Piccante, both of which were excellent. The ravioli, in particular, stood out and was highly praised by both of us.

This is definitely a restaurant we would gladly return to.

Great meal and service. 100% book a head and reserve a table very popular restaurant. We shared the rabbit patties, gorgeous as starter. I had the pork ribs my wife had the duck breast. Both cooked to perfection.

The wine selected by our waiter very good as our 1st choice was out of stock.
